Delicious Tacos! I was curious to taste their Tacos. Especially the Vampiro Tacos. I saw a few mentioned on the reviews about them. I’ve never had them before. I even googled what Vampiro Tacos were. This place has terrible customer service! So I just got done ordering from this place, my wife and I placed an order and the whole time the guy was snapping like very impatient. It’s not like we were taking forever or being picky. Also note it was busy at all. After I gave him the card I asked can I please have the drink as I wait? He snapped out and said uh when I get a chance then yeah. I said huh? It was a pre made tamarindo drink. I said yeah I just paid and have to wait for my food I’d appreciate if I could have my drink I just paid after all. He said you know what if I get a chance I’ll get you it. What? Are you serious? Let’s not forget my wife and I were nothing but cute outs as I always am. I was raised right and I’m a veteran so respect is in my nature. I will never come again. This run down place needs business I can guarantee you that and that’s how you return the favor or customers supporting your business. I do NOT recommend. Never again, I hope that wasn’t the manager or owner and I hope that they read this because I would be disappointed and ashamed if someone that worked for me spoke to customers like that. Shame on you. Tacos El Grullo Inc is off my list. Also, maybe you shouldn’t be grilling your meat outside on a grill just saying.

We asked for mild on the red burrito, but the wet burrito was far too spicy, but not spicy enough that it wasn’t enjoyable. The tacos are pretty tasty. I enjoyed eating their food.
