5 star rating is based off food alone. Food is delicious and is served with generous portions. Tacos, papa and beans have an excellent flavor. Wait time depends on how busy the day is, but is generally not too long (5-10 minutes). Staff are professional and attentive. Have been here a handful of times and have not yet been discontent with my food.

Food is good, sometimes they run out of certain items so you have to choose from what they have left. It’s not really a big deal since it’s a food truck so that makes it understandable. If you want to have your pick of the entire menu be sure to go early.

Yesterday I ordered the synchronizada of al pastor and it was delicious! The flour tortilla was perfectly crisp and the pastor meat was flavorful. I have also tried the Hamburgers from there and they were delicious! Must try! The habanero sauce is delicious and the beans are always warm and ready to eat!
