My hometown people from Hidalgo are so hospitable as usual. My friend and I arrived 15 minutes before closing on Memorial Day and they were already closing and about to leave but kindly opened up again and cooked our food FRESH and allowed us to stay and eat outside while they left so we could enjoy our meal on our road trip. The food was SO DELICIOUS! The tacos were AMAZING, especially the tortillas… almost a replica of my Great-Grandma Virginia’s homemade tortillas. Sopes also were really delicious. ¡ARRIBA HIDALGO!

I saw this place and immediately knew I needed to stop in for authentic Mexican food. Let me tell you that this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! OMG! The food is amazing . Cooked fresh to order and fresh ingredients in the homemade chunky guacamole. Again absolutely amazing! I had the tacos, chicken and steak. The prices are great, service was excellent and I got a chance to brush up on my Spanish . Everyone was friendly. It’s a hole in the wall type of place but that’s what attracted me to it. I just knew! Give them a try you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I first off want to say, this place is a incredibly delicious hole in the wall! The food here is hands down the BEST not only in Valdosta, but in South Georgia/North Florida. Authentic as can get and the service is outstanding! Will definitely be coming back very soon and on the regular!

This place is a gem! I went with 4 adults and one child and we were all thoroughly pleased with everything. They had delicious Jamaica juice which is hard to find where I am from. We all ordered something different, and tried a little of everyone’s. I had the carne asada burrito and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was typical of a small taco shop, but with plenty of seating to accommodate small or large parties. The prices were very low. If I lived nearby, I would eat here all the time.

Best tacos I’ve had east of the Mississippi! The fresh corn tortillas were delicious. The Al Pastor, Steak & Chorizo were all cooked to perfection.… with a generous dash of onion, cilantro, lime and fresh salsa. I only wished I had arrived earlier & ordered more!

Fantastic food. Stopped by while on the way to the airport, was pleasantly surprised. They had a buffet, with some good varieties, the green Chile pork was Fantastic, as was the chicken and they had some green sauce in a molcajete that was superb as well. All in all if highly recommend checking thus place out and giving it a try. The staff were extremely tentative and kind.
