I went there, Saddle Creek location, yesterday after work around 2:30. I ordered 8 steak tacos, a chorizo burrito, rice and beans, 9 slices of avocado and a large Horchata. I paid $59 for everything. Once we got home and started to eat we realized we didn’t get the avocado. The limes were hard or dried out. The steak, what little there was, had no flavor at all as it was mostly gristle and fat. The burrito was ok but the tortilla was soaked with grease by the time it was half eaten. The beans and rice were good. The horchata was tasteless. I called the number I found online for the truck but they never answered and I couldn’t get back over there as my husband had already left to work. So everything but the beans and rice and half the burrito ended up in the trash. I’ll never go back to this taco truck.

So good! I just had three tacos al pastor. And really, what more does anyone need? Oh, maybe an orange Fanta.

Would get this place multiple times a week. Loved the chicken tacos. Never got anything else. Until today they gave us steak tacos.. mistakes get made easy fix right. Apparently not. They tried to make us pay again… and then refused to give the money back. I have alpha gal allergy and literally cant eat steak. They want paid full price again for our food to be made correct and refuse to give us our money back. 2 years of faithful consistent business means nothing I guess.

As a Californian, from Los Angeles no less, this is about the closest I’ve found to real Mexican street tacos in Nebraska. The red sauce is spicy but delicious and familiar. The al pastor is surprisingly tasty. It’s expensive though – $3 per taco. I’m used to half that, or $2 at most, for the equivalent.

Nothing amazing but good food for most part. I like the tacos not big on burritos filled with rice as a filler.
