Best Mexican food in town They have a good salsa bar with home made salsas. Taco Tuesdays are mini Street tacos for $1.25. They have the best carnitas meat I’ve ever tried I love the birria variety they have as well I got the tacos and tamales with rice today. Friendly staff fresh great tasting food and speedy service. They are also opening up a new location on Greenville street where Corner bagel used to be. If you haven’t tried them you better run on over there

I haven’t been here since late 2018 due to an out of state move. When we decided to visit Lake Hartwell for the weekend and we’re looking for a place to have date night, I knew we needed to go to L Taco. It made my heart happy to see the same workers there, especially the cashier. Handmade fresh margaritas were delicious as always, salsa was perfection, they have a large array of hot sauces, and the flautas were delicious. My husband really enjoyed his carnitas, too!

Fantastic food, fantastic service! I spent a couple weeks in Durango, Mexico about 5 years ago and until now I haven’t found any food that has the same authentic taste and quality. El Taco here in Anderson changes that. Each dish I’ve tried tastes healthy, refreshing and absolutely REAL, just like it did in Mexico! They even sell rare Jarritos drink flavors that you can’t find in stores! Tell all your friends about this place!

Their food is excellent! They recently opened up a second location and it is amazing. The food is fresh and tastes fresh. The prices are good! You order tacos a la carte to get the amount you want. Great to order online and pick up on the way home. They make food fast and it’s a family environment.

1000/10 Mexican restaurant in Anderson. Probably the best tacos I have ever had, ESPECIALLY the chipotle lime taco. I’ve been to a lot of places in my day, and this one seems to be the one that not only has the most choices, but also seasons to perfection. The only thing that probably was ok was the shrimp, but everything else is so beyond good I really don’t even care about that. If you haven’t been here yet, do so ASAP.

Been going here for 2 years for birria tacos. My family and I always get these. Sometimes some tortas. They are delicious and to my knowledge the only Mexican restaurant that has birria tacos. Would highly recommend buying these tacos. The tortas are also good. Especially the asada torta. God bless!
