So glad I ended up stopping by this food truck. Delicious and authentic flavors from San Luis!! Food made to order and outstanding service. The whole staff was very accommodating and took great care of us. I ended getting the enchiladas potosinas, which were absolutely delightful. With great tasting food, authentic flavors, beautiful plate presentation, and welcoming service there is not another food truck that I could recommend more than taqueria fondita potosina. I’ll definitely make sure to make this taqueria my weekly staple.
