I came to this place for it was the only restaurant serving menudo. Parking was difficult to find d/t street construction. The place was not busy, with plenty of seats. The staff was helpful at making suggestions and providing details to prep. The menudo was the best. The tortillas are freshly made daily. We left feeling stuffed. Servings come in regular $16or small $11, we went with regular. Alcohol is also served here.

The food is very good. Both the virus and menudo are spot on and the tortillas are delicious. The only problem with the restaurar is the service. I placed a takeout order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the time and had to wait more then 45 minutes to receive my food. They had a line of 5 people ahead of me and having their cashier attend to any of them took close to 10 minutes per person. There seemed to be no interest whatsoever in attending to people in a timely manner. While I like their food, I honestly don’t think I’ll be going back as I honestly value my time a bit more than this.

This is my favorite place to go for tacos or Birria or tacos de birria when I want both. My mom even loves their food and she’s tough to please. Their tortillas are made in house and their sauces are saucy. I haven’t brought someone there that didn’t enjoy it, yet.
