About time Ballston Spa gets a great Mexican restaurant! Staff is great, atmosphere is fun and light. Can’t drink because I’m preggo but their cocktails look amazing. Authentic food(I think) even if not it’s the best in the area for sure! Prices are unbeatable…taco Tuesday 5 tacos for $10. And helpings are not skimpy like most places around town.

Fantastic! Authentic, Fresh, Delicious, enthusiastically made with love, and fair prices, easy on the wallet! Skip ALL the other spots in saratoga county and beyond and immediately head to Taqueria Guadalajara. You won’t be disappointed, other than not being able to eat every menu item at once. Good thing for take home containers.

Loved this place. Small and quaint. Has a great authentic feel to the place. Great customer service. Will be back to try other dishes. But if I was to give completely honest feedback, I felt portions could have been a little bit bigger, and the horchata was a bit watered down. Chips and salsa were good!

We love the tacos here! The carnitas and chorizo are our favorite but the chicken, al pastor and shrimp are good too. Their hot sauces and chips are salsa are also good. Four tacos for $10 is such a steal! Even better on taco Tuesdays at 5 tacos for $10!

We are originally a Southern California family. I mention that as qualifier to comment here as Mexican cuisine was a very large part of our diet growing up. Food is phenomenal and the staff are friendly. Well worth a visit and for us a mainstay. As others mention it’s difficult to get access to legit Mexican cuisine…stop here you’ll have no regrets.
