Stopped by for lunch, good street tacos in Round Rock. Had the Quesabirria Tacos with consume and the street tacos. I wished the consume had more flavor , it was kinda bland but the tacos were good. Feel like it was abit over priced, all this for $27. But I will go back just for the tacos.

All behind additional salsa?! Why…?! Doesn’t seem to be an issue for the Spanish speakers….? I’ve battled with the young lady in the mornings one too many times over the same issue. Unfortunate you conduct a business this way. I ask for 4 salsas for 3 tacos. She always finds a way to try an complicate this request. She’s tried over charging me. Giving me smaller cups. Today she made two tacos way smaller than the third. You’ve now lost a loyal client and now exposed for the ignorance. Hope it was worth it. Stay away from this place!

DELICIOUS tacos and even better salsas. Their aguas frescas (at least the pepino limónada) aren’t overly sweet and you get a good serving size. The vibe is also nice when it isn’t 110 out

A small taco truck on the side of the road that featured one of the best tortillas I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff that was willing to make me a custom burrito. Delish.

The birria tacos were great. However the quesadilla could’ve been better. The shredded chicken was flavorful but I was really surprised to see the cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted. If the cheese was melted it would’ve been great but it was disappointing to bite into hard cheese.

This is a truly flavorful and quality taco truck! I have had their tacos and recently tried their Gorditas and I plan to continue going through the menu here because the food is really good. They have a good variety of food available they have an area to sit and eat if you want to do that. They have great customer service and a nice selection of Hispanic candies and a few Hispanic cookies and other snacks. I really enjoy coming here and plan on coming back often. Also go for the green sauce, it has a kick but it’s spectacular!

A worthwhile stop! Very simple and authentic flavors. I ordered the gordita which had a very traditional crispy texture on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. You can get any protein filling in anything you want (tacos, gordita, torta) (shredded beef, shredded chicken, barbacoa, pastor, etc etc) pictured is the Shredded Beef Gordita. Hot Food was Hot and Cold Drinks were Cold. I will definitely be putting this into my regular rotation when I am in this town. Would recommend! [The staff I interacted was perfectly bilingual. Staff that is more Spanish than English does a pretty good job at getting your order right as well. ] Note: this is a taco truck with outdoor covered seating. This is not an indoor restaurant.
