I am here about 3 times or so every 3 months. Food is ALWAYS great and comes in large portions! Servers are very kind and respectful with plenty of knowledge on their dishes/specials every time. Inside is slightly dirty and restroom could use a little renovation so i gave atmosphere 4 stars but otherwise very good food.

If ever in Corpus you must try this Mexican Restaurant it is very authentic we stopped in as we traveled from Houston. The Restaurant is very clean, wait staff was friendly and attentive I never had to ask for refill on my coffee she was on it. We spent roughly $25-30 we had Chilaquiles Verdes with fajita. This will be our go to when we come back and visit.

Went here because it said it was a Taqueria, and having lived in McAllen and constantly going to Reynosa, I was surprised at the lack of actual tacos here, and noticed that although they do serve Mexican food, it seemed very whitewashed for lack of better words, ended up going with flautas de pollo, enchiladas de carne molida and a Burger and in all honesty everything was mediocre at best, tasted nothing like authentic Mexican food or even a half decent burger, if looking for authentic Mexican food, you can likely find another one. Nonetheless, the servers were nice and attentive and the restaurant was clean and well maintained, parking is confusing, and so was payment at first, but that was something on my part.

It was not crowded at all . I had a Carne Guisada Gordita with top part left off and 1 crispy taco , I asked for no cheese and got lots of cheese ,but that was an easy fix. The Gordita was delicious, it was even a little crispy on bottom. The meat was fall apart perfection. The taco was just ok , the meat was seasoned alright , but it was runny and fell apart quick even though I did not add lettuce or tomato . The chips are always good , I like the flour chips in there too. The salsa tasted good , but it was a little thin. We work close , so this is a regular stop .

It was packed, but we had great service. Our waitress was on the go, but always on point, my coffee cup was never empty, definitely a must try and definitely returning.
