Has gotten really bad, went today for a quick taco, and my tortilla was really hard and crunchy. It was like it had been days old and got re-heated. I won’t even call them, cause they will just say oh sorry, so no need for a call Id rather do a review so others can be aware of what kind of food they are serving.

First and foremost before I get into what happened the food here is RIDICULOUSLY expensive, unless your trying to order off the special for the day, be prepared to spend more than 14 dollars on a small plate. You would think as much as their plates are here, they would actually accommodate to certain needs when it comes to food request…. Well, on Wednesday, I went in to get me a plate. The woman taking my order was very rude and had a very bland tone of voice, due to being gluten free I asked if she could switch out rice for lettuce…. LETTUCE, THE CHEAPEST TOPPING IN THE RESTAURANT to replace a literal side dish. She told me they could not make changes, the plate comes as it comes. Rude, considering I’m spending 14 dollars on a plate. I forget about it and ask them if they could just give me an extra scoop of lettuce without charging me since I’m not eating the rice. When my plate gets ringed up my total came out to 16.35. I asked why so much for a to go plate and she tells me I was charged 1.75 for a SCOOP of lettuce. I then ask them to just take the lettuce off, this lady literally opened the plate in front of me took a scoop of lettuce out and threw it in the trash. Not only is this place absolutely expensive, they are stingy with portions and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The place across the street is always super sweet and accommodates me switching rice for guacamole an actual dish for free. Stop wasting money on places that have no respect for money spending customers. To the manager reading this if you’re going to charge boojie prices for small plates at least have that chick FIL a customer service smh !

Walked in this morning to put in an order and when it was my turn the phone rang and she told me to wait answer the phone and then proceeded to take an order over the phone and ignored me the customer who actually came into the restaurant. I got frustrated and just left went somewhere that serve their customers that took the time to come in.

Gave this place a chance again since my son was visiting from Washington and was adamant about eating here. Food was flavorful however, the carne guisada still has too much fat. Tortillas were good and fluffy.

Anna was rude! Told her I needed another Taco bcz 1st one was only half serving. She took it personal and said it was the “kitchen.” Of course everybody knows that. We are the customers and they need to remember that before they answer. Nobody wants to go to see sarcastic workers being ugly!
