They used to be good when they opened but now they are slacking they either don’t have what we want to order or they mess up our order. We purchesd tacos and it had very little meat, to pay 2 dollars for a taco with no meat not even worth the bite. Very disappointed!

if i could give it 10 stars, i would!! words can not even begin to describe the savory taste of their dishes. taqueria la chona has always been good, but with the new management, they are even better. food is so delicious, it could be described as the best mexican food in the whole DFW. the staff is super nice as well. this is my go-to place especially with all the useful surrounding places like a bread store and a pharmacy.

My second time at la chona. Tacos are fire, they put a very decent amount of meat on the tacos, they got specials for trompo tacos. The lady who is at the register who I think is the owner is very friendly, im all to support small business, the trompo tacos are a must.

Great food food great sauce !! I had sopes with no meat . The help was great for my diet. I had the awesome opportunity to meet the owner by accident. She was cleaning the place and I didn’t know she owned until I asked!! Great place 🙂 I’ll be back !
