We had a large group that stopped in tonight and we had a good time eating and drinking out on their patio dining area. The have excellent and potent regular and flavored margaritas! The street tacos we tried were all good. My favorite was the nopales/cactus tacos.

I was super excited to try this place. But to come on a 100° day and be told their inside is closed and it’s only outdoor seating is crazy. The tacos were just ok salsa and quest weren’t anything to write home about. The staff was friendly, but I can’t even use the bathroom because they didn’t open the inside? Weird. I probably won’t be back since there are a lot of delicious Mexican places around the city with more to free, but if you in the area stop by and see for yourself.

I don’t understand how this place gets such high ratings. Maybe if you are from the east coast and you have no idea what Mexican tacos are supposed to taste like, you might like it. But if you have been to a real taco joint, you will be appalled by what you pay for these tacos ($5 each). And they don’t even taste good! I ordered a variety of tacos, and the only taco that actually tasted decent was the cactus taco.

Wow! Absolutely amazing vegetarian tacos and to die for spicy margaritas, what else could you want in life?! They are located in the Central Business District, a short walk from the Higgins Hotel, WWII Museum, and also the Conference center. All of their dining is outdoor so bring a hat and possibly a fan.

Rice and beans were delicious, I got chicken pibil, cochinita pibil, and bistec. All three were delicious. Got our food within 10 minutes or less. I was too busy looking for places to go to be exact. The chili is spicy so be careful if that’s not your thing. Sadly no corn

The tacos were pretty bland. I had steak, chicken, and shrimp tacos. The steak was ok but needed flavor and the lack of salsa choices for a taco place is disappointing. The shrimp tacos were edible. The shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. But the reason for a 1 star is mostly because the chicken tinga was either the worst flavor ever or it was spoiled. I literally had to spit it out. Also $5 a taco is so not worth the price for these. At best a $2.50 taco. I honestly would not recommend this taco place. For those who thought it was great, they don’t know what a good taco is. For shame!!

What a gem of a spot in the Arts District! The pizza is a 10/10 and the owner couldn’t be a nicer guy! We ordered the roasted tomato pie and a pesto pie and both were excellent! The margaritas were the perfect compliment and the prices are very reasonable. The patio design is perfect for people watching. We were visiting NOLA for a long weekend and stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. Do yourself a favor and go try this place out!

Tacos street style and with a lot of choices. I got a shrimp and a mushroom taco and a pork. All were amazing. With chips and quack and the wife had a margaritas so that was 65 bucks. A bit expensive. But it was very good and open

Walked by here a few times always saying we needed to stop in. Last night we finally did, and I can’t understand why I haven’t sooner.
