Service was great and food came out really fast. The guacamole tasted super fresh and I really like the salsas. Chips were a little stale. The Birria tacos (I had both beef and chicken) were not my favorite I’ve ever had and the consume was alright, I think there’s cinnamon in it? Or something similar, that’s not my particular taste but I can see someone else really liking it. Still worth checking out and trying!

Enjoyed a Friday after work dinner! My coworker and I were very impressed with the fresh flavorful food. I ordered the birria tacos and corn. There were also vegetarian selections that my coworker ordered. All food selections were hot and delicious The sangria margarita swirl was strong and so good!! The Works is a great place to relax after work, indoor/outdoor seating, entertainment, bar, and plenty of food options Go early before the crowds.

The Food Works at Chattahoochee is providing so many options for visitors and La Luz is a great Mexican option! The corner restaurant has a great venue and several authentic options. I was upset to see that the frozen margaritas were not an option, but one on the rocks with light ice was a good substitute. The tacos were simple and seasoned well and there was a side bar to add your amount of cilantro and onions.

What you need to know: Decent tacos, STRONG drinks, not too spicy (or flavorful) salsas, super watery queso dip.

Unfortunately this taqueria is very disappointing… Host taking the orders was very unpleasant, tacos were very bland and the quesadilla was terribly overpriced ($12), and had no flavor (and nearly no meat). There are much better options at The Works.

This was my first time going to the works food court. I was super indecisive on what to try. So I tried La Luz. I ordered a chicken rice bowl and the queso appetizer. The total was pretty expensive $22 for those two items. Well that wasn’t the worst part the food was nasty to me. The rice bowl was super bland, I had to add 3 more scoops of sour cream, queso, and cilantro to even bare to eat it. The rice taste as if it was microwaved from uncle bens packs. The queso was pretty good but that was about it. I wouldn’t get this again. Definitely will try other places when I go again.

I got 3 chicken birria tacos and a side of rice. Everything was good. Food came out fast. The birria broth has a cinnamon type smell which I was worried I wouldn’t like but it was good. Would go back!

I tried this place when I went to Chattahoochee food works for the first time. But was disappointed. I got chicken and fish tacos and both were equally bland.

The food is good. What separates 4 from 5 stars is the quality of the tacos. Street style tacos comes with two tortillas. The second one is to be used for the overflow. This location only provides one. The frozen margarita is great. You get a full cup. The flavor is good.
