Absolutely worst experience anywhere in a long time! Very poor service we had to sit at a dirty table in order for them to clean it. It wasn’t busy but all the empty tables were dirty. We had to go up & ask if we could get something to drink after 10 minutes. Wait staff wasn’t friendly at all! Brought out the food but one meal didn’t come out till everyone was almost done. They tried to overcharge us $20 until I added it up myself. Then we were told the prices on the menu weren’t accurate. We won’t ever go back!

I stumbled on the Taqueria La Rosa de Michoacan by accident and I have to say it is absolutely amazing. I was traveling and stopped in for breakfast. I had eggs and chorizo and potatoes. I asked for flour tortillas and could not believe the quality of the homemade tortillas. I swear somebody’s grandma is in the backroom pounding out tortillas.

Ordered the beef and bean enchiladas and the bean tostada and the beef and bean burrito.The burrito meat was spicier than the enchilada. The rice and beans were better than many that I’ve ever had but the margarita was a little sweet for my taste. If I would have had the rim salted, it could have helped that issue. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars..

The Huaraches and tacos were super delicious on my very first visit to this cozy little restaurant in East Moline. The service was super friendly and helpful and the kitchen was very quick at readying our order. I will definitely be going back to this establishment!

authentic yummy food. the moles are to die for. Breakfasts are awesome. My favorites are the soups , grilled chicken salad and the mole torta sandwich…not your typical Mexican. But they do typical items great too.
