The photo is not doing this justice. It’s my first time coming here today and I thoroughly enjoyed my steak taco dinner! It’s well flavored and seasoned! The rice and refried beans -yes! It’s not thick and dry. My taco was loaded with meat and I will be back! It is so good! You get a small little bag of chips (maybe like 5 chips) that come with the meal and I didn’t wait long! Also the meat was tender and no gristle! Love love love!

In all the years I’ve lived in Lansing, I had never tried this place. This place always seems empty, so I figured it was not that great. Today, we decided to stop and try it. The food is just ok, we had the steak taco dinner and it could definitely use some seasoning. The salsas were too watery and definitely no spice to it. As a Mexican myself , I expect authentic and flavorful food, but it did not meet my expectations. The meat is not Skirt Steak, it is a cheaper type of meat. I give it three stars not for flavor, but because presentation was great, the tacos were decent size and portions were a good size. I am still on the hunt for a great Mexican restaurant rather than having to drive to the city for great food.

Wonderful find! They make so much in house, from scratch. The elotes are the best I can remember having, homemade chili pdr really brings the flavor. I wish I wasn’t from out of town, this would be my go to taqueria.
