Even the employee at the counter told me the tacos are just ok.. He said way better options elsewhere. Truly they are some of the most bland, dry and boring tacos I’ve had. The meat has no flavor, it’s full of gristle and unbelievably dry. Not even suitable for my dog.

Sink Pisser
This is a dark, moody, mysterious room in which to take a gothic, brooding pee in the sink. The sink is agreeable in height and setback, and once your eyes adjust to the dim lighting, is an accommodating space for urinating and a bird bath. Watch the hot temperature, though! You don’t want to cook your bits! And, like all great basins in the Portland area, it has been christened by the one and only ZENKO.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I highly recommend it, especially because it is Hispanic owned. Their tacos al pastor are FIRE! And they have my childhood fave agua frescas. I’m Hispanic and grew up in Texas, and it’s been years since I’ve had a decent taco here in Portland. Been here three times so far and have not been disappointed.

LOTS of vegan options at extremely reasonable prices! I was impressed with how much food we got for the price. All vegan tacos $2 a piece and they are loaded! I had the fajita taco and it was sooo delicious! Also had the vegan gorditas. They were good but not nearly as good as the tacos!

I’ve always like Los Gorditos! They are one of the few places that actually satisfy my craving for a greasy taqueria burrito full of meat! It’s also fun to have my friends that are from Portland try their habanero salsa and watch them cry, because they put a bunch on after seeing me do it not knowing I grew up eating spicy af hot sauce.

The 1st time I came, after told my husband what I want, I with my kid went sit on the table, the guy came and said : ” no, you can sit here, you have to go order food before you sit ” , ok. I went back stand next to my husband wait for him did order. All the table for 4 seat got “reserve” on it, so we sat on the table for 2 with my husband, me and our kid. He came and said ” you can’t combine 2 table ” even we didn’t do that.

This was my 1st visit to this location. The service was nice. I ordered the “Super Stacy” burrito(beef). I got home 5 mins later, it fell apart after one bite. It became a plate of food requiring a fork. I mostly tasted onions and jalapenos, the small amount of beef was bland and tough. 3.50$ for 3 oz. of Guacamole? It was pretty good I guess, the habanero, green sauce were really good. Maybe an off day?

Great selection of vegan options, they have a vegan version of pretty much all your favorite Mexican foods, which is fantastic. The regular burrito was about the size of my head and filled with very good beans and rice (and all the other standard fixins). Prices were comfortably on the cheap side, so I’ll definitely be back.
