Love an authentic restaurant, run by family. Good food, nice owners, downright casual with no bells and whistles. The Mexican soap opera may be on the tube, the grandchild is playing in the dining area and the owner’s may eat at the table beside you. I was just getting over a headcold and few hot tamales and their spicy chicken soup help soothe it away! Come and enjoy while supporting a community, family-run establishment.

My wife loved her chicken mile but I was disappointed by the carne asada dinner plate, the beans and rice that came with it were just ok. I liked the place but there are better Mexican places around.

We came here a few years ago. We moved from San Francisco to Rhode Island and we heard great things about this place. We were so excited to give it a try but were so disappointed. Food took a long time, was flavorless, and felt like it was made a long time ago and only slightly reheated. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe the person who typically cooks was out. If we were informed of this may have returned, but we never came back. Instead we found a place in Providence we really liked in the back of a grocery store.
