Omar’s Eating Adventures
Every taco we ordered was on a different level of flavors. They are highly rated for a reason! The quesadilla was also on point. They are reasonably priced. If you’re traveling through Waco STOP! You won’t be disappointed. I’ll be stopping again, that’s for sure!

It wasn’t great. It was ok. We got chicken tacos and beef burrito. Customer service was fantastic. The tacos were very soggy, just dripping with every bite. Went very heavy on the cilantro, the meat kind of tasted like it was marinated in Italian dressing. It wasn’t bad, but not as good as expected. Not the typical Mexican we’re used to (there’s a fantastic place in Lawrence, MA). The burrito was meh- not great but not bad.

Always searching for a good food truck. Thought I would give this one a try. Pastor tacos not too good in flavor. Lengua tacos very bland. Buche tacos also needs work in seasoning. They seem to have good business though. I saw people ordering Large orders of tacos. Good for them. I do not intend to offend anyone but for me it’s not good. I don’t recommend this place and I might not return. Las trancas and LA milpa food trucks have food with better flavor.

One of the best food trucks we have been too. The tacos were amazing with flavor that dropped you to your knees. The chicken torta was so tender and juicy. Add some green sauce and wow!!! Will definitely be back. I would have included pics but we ate it so fast!!!

I’ve been here other times and it was good but this time I was a bit disappointed. Salsa is too watery, food was salty and the corn cup is canned corn. Perhaps there was a different chef?
