There have been several times we had a bad experience and multiple times drive thru where they get the order wrong but we don’t like to drive back to tell them they messed up our order. I’m not the one to complain but honestly today was just too much. The customer service sucks. When they make mistakes in your order they don’t correct it they blame you for the mistake. I passed it the couple of times but what upsets me they never own up to there mistakes and fix them. It’s ridiculous that it has been more than once. They need to work better with customer service and own up to their mistakes.

I ordered by phone at 11:31am. The CSR told me it would be ready in 10min. I gave them events time arrived about 15 min later. The order was not ready until 12pm. The window CSR was rude and they got my order wrong. I asked for no backs. I just left. They have been good in the past but today was a bad experience.

I had 3 trompo and 3 bistec tacos with charro beans. The trompo had too much citrus flavor but good. The bistec was ok but what made those tacos good was the tortillas. They were awesome. Had authentic Mexican maiz flavor plus they were fried in the meats oil. I would go again.
