If you want to taste happiness this is the place! So good! The house tacos Campechano are out of this world and have set a new bar for every taco joint ever. We drive quite a ways to eat here because it just can’t be beat! Omar and his team have perfected the art of tacos. Don’t pass on the orange and green sauces because they are the topper to this perfection! Thank you Omar for cooking up happiness!!!

simply the best mexican food in new haven, beating out some tight competition in the neighborhood. we got the steak enchiladas and tacos al pastor. the quality (and quantity!) of the ingredients speak for themselves: this is a place that believes in serving their meat in thick, well-marinated chunks. and the salsas–green and red–are easy the most flavorful i have had in this city. even the refried beans here have an extra dimension of flavor that i can’t quite describe. i will be coming back here. definitely a buy!
