Not only the best taco truck in town, the best Mexican food in town. I had the Flautas, empanada, and tacos. All were delicious, and everything was very fresh! If you’re in the Gallatin valley you’re not too far away for a quick drive to the best Mexican food around! I will definitely be going back regularly.

Delicious empanadas. Edit: went back there again today and tried the tacos. They were also fire. Their sauces are delicious as well. We’re taking over the business connected to the parking lot and I am going to go broke eating this place everyday.

I don’t usually like mexican restaurants because they mild down the spices but paraíso wasn’t one of them. Very authentic and fresh. The staff was friendly, quick and sweet!
