I came here as a kid, the food was amazing and very flavorful. It would leave you wanting more and it wasn’t overly expensive. Today’s experience was not great got a menudo tasted plain, almost like water no flavor what so ever. Got a pound of carnitas, same result I was disappointed and left spending a large amount for just a small group. Que paso? Donde se ha ido el sabor? The waiters are amazing, very nice women. Other than that, I may not be coming back. Descansa en paz taqueria 🙁

The most authentic tacos I’ve ever had. So much flavor! Our server was very friendly & helpful with the menu since it was our first time. Food came out quickly and presentation was 10/10. The area looked a little sketchy to be honest but everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back

I try pork carnitas in other places, and this place have to be the number one place for carnitas. The carnitas have an excellent taste and you will come back for more. I would give them 5 stars if the owners and staff allow the people eat and not remind people about Covid restrictions.

Great spot for getting your Carnitas fix while in the South El Monte area for sure. If you plan on taking the family or larger group, get there early as they’re always busy and packed with customers. Also, if Michelada’s are your thing, once again this is your place.

Was told by friends about this place, the service was great and the person helping me was very nice and answered whatever my questions were, any ways I ordered the carnitas platter and the albondigas soup, everything tasted excellent, prices were abit high but the meals had larger portions, definitely will be going back !!!
