The best Al Pastor Tacos in the Brazos Valley. Not over priced for the amount of food you get. The grilled onions, jalapenos and fresh cucumber and radishes make it great. Better to do pick up seating is limited.

This is your “hole in the wall” type of place. Mexican soul food, if you will. They serve a breakfast menu in the morning and lunch one later on. They do have authentic trompo carnitas! We went early in the morning and had ourselves a couple of breakfast tacos. Fajitas with beans and chorizo and beans. Small salsa bar and aguas frescas completed our meal. If you want to eat in be prepared to wait for a spot, only two small tables. Thank you!

I started the Bryan Taco Trail tour and this was my first stop. After eating traditional trompo tacos in Monterrey, Mexico, I have to say that this place is legit! The taco plate comes with four tacos on soft corn tortillas, with sides of lime, radish, cucumber, grilled onion, and a grilled half jalapeño. Pro tip: squeeze lime on everything and put their green sauce on the tacos!

This little gem is definitely worth a visit. The staff is so friendly, and the tortillas are homemade, YES, HOMEMADE! My son discovered their breakfast tacos which are plentiful and packed with eggs, bacon, cheese, and other options to choose from. These are a MUST try!

Chorizo and egg tacos are super greasy. Grease was everywhere. Soaked paper bag. Chorizo was cooked separately from egg so it was egg with a side of greasy chorizo. Bacon and egg taco was ok at best. Tortillas seemed to be store bought, probably walmart.

It’s a very small place when you go in but they still have a fair amount of options and I tried two different kinds of tacos and really liked them. They are friendly and helpful. I’ll be getting food there again soon.
