Absolutely incredible! I heard this was the best food truck in Tucson and I can see why. The carne asada tacos were fabulous. I loved that some of the steak was a little crispy. And 6 tacos for $15 can’t be beat.

The best taco truck in town. My favorite used to be el nene, but their prices went up and quality is sometimes not as good when it used to be super consistent. Taqueria Rositas is everything I want- a correctly priced taco, simple, consistent, and I love eating al fresco under the mesquite trees

Visited this place as it was close to the airport and our hotel, was visiting from Houston, searched for a top rated place to eat at and I am glad to say that this establishment did not disappoint. The food quality is there, the place although out side; is super clean. The taste most importantly is full of rich flavors and whatever they cook here they cook it right, they also have assorted agua fresca options. I have to say that I was impressed by the Tucson food scene.

I love the food it’s so amazing!! The only downfall is that they close at 2:30 in the afternoon… such a bummer when you want good food after work but can’t go to your favorite spot. I hope they can change their hours I mean they’d only make more money… I say it’s a win, win!

We eat here every few weeks. It is always amazing. Best taco truck in town. Some of our co-workers are working from home now and still drive across town to eat here. I usually always get the carne asada, which is always perfectly juicy. I tried the Birria Torta and it was excellent. Plenty of meat and very juicy.

This is by far one of the best Taco Trucks in Tucson (TTT)! The birria is exceptional, the chicken is flavorful and the cabeza (beef cheeks is heavenly. You know a place is good when there always is a line. If you care not to wait, come before 11am. However, the service is fast, even when there is a line. I have been here numerous times and I will definitely be retuning.
