First of all I went here because I read a review that said this place has the best tacos. Not true at all. They are 2.75 and on the smallest tortilla I have ever seen. The quesadilla was small for nine dollars. The restaurant wasn’t as clean as I would liked it and I had to bus my own table. They give you a very small amount of chips and only allow three tiny cups of salsa. The best thing I can say about this place is that it has the hottest hot sauce that I have had in a taqueria in Sacramento, not to tasty but hot. I grow and eat my own hot peppers so my tolerance is up there. I won’t been going back here.

Food has gone down here. Taco Tuesdays were good in the past but came on another day. Asked for crispy taco with a combo, Didn’t get a crispy taco and the enchilada, beans, AND rice were all very spicy! Ruined our meal as cannot have spice of any kind. Won’t return here.

Fantastic! Went with a group of folks with very high taco standards, and we were all extremely impressed. Great atmosphere and service, and top of the line tacos. Had buche and pastor regular tacos which were great, but the tacos fundidos unexpectedly took things up a notch. The lengua was strongly lengua flavored but if you’re into that you’ll enjoy it. And the tripe taco fundido was the best of all. Everyone else enjoyed their orders as well, including a variety of tacos and the steak and fries (pictured).

I was pleasantly suprised at how delicious this restaurant is. Stopped in for some quick tacos, two Al pastor and a Chorizo taco. Just amazing flavor and the salsa was equally delicious!

Second time ordering second time getting my order wrong. Theres a clear distinction between carnitas and asada and this place cant identify that distinction. Also burrito was dry. Beware.

Food is ok but service is terrible I have been here seven times because my family members like but at this place they always forget or get my order wrong. My family dont complain at all but if I pay for extras or a specific plate I expect to get it.

This was my first time here and given it’s high rating, I wonder if i came on an off day. I ordered the Sac State Burrito which was a good size and reasonably priced. However, the fries in the burrito were cold and the entire thing tasted burnt and vaguely like chemicals.
