Stopped in with some coworkers based on one of their previous dinning experiences and it was not disappointing at all. Nice festive atmosphere, food came out quick drinks were served fast, wait staff friendly and good vibes among diners. Was told the guacamole was amazing and it absolutely was! Chips and salsa very tasty as well. The tacos had different ingredients based on the type of taco you ordered which was exciting to taste. Usually, most places have the same ingredients and just change the meat. Will definitely be back to enjoy everything again!

We came with a group of 13 and they were able to accommodate us very nicely. Overall everyone enjoyed the food. The portions were just enough. Chips and salsa were brought to the table and the salsa was great. I had the Cheese Enchilada Verde, Rice and Beans and Torta Milenesa. They all had good flavor. They do charge extra if you use a credit card.

Very bad food. Tacos were all drenched in a red sauce, it was pretty dark inside so you can’t really see, but it was like taking a shot of vinegar. Quesadilla was stuffed with low quality cheese like what they serve in public school cafeterias. Besides the vinegar, only other flavor was salt. Sangria was tap water with red dye. Came here after seeing some good reviews, what are all these people smoking? Staff all looked upset. I would be as well if I’m serving such terrible food. There are so many better options in the area.

I went with high hopes that the food would be like home. (California) I was quickly disappointed when my food arrived the Pozle was thick and powdery tasting. It didn’t have hominy, the sides to go into the soup were minimal. The meat was overcooked and didn’t have the flavor of the broth, extremely bland. I ordered a side of beans and flautas which were technically taquito, all were bland almost as if they were frozen not fresh, the beans were too runny and had no texture. My BF got some form of a Burrito, but not, they called it a “burritas” basically a rolled tortilla with hamburger meat inside. He liked it but wasn’t filling so he ordered some fish tacos that were much better in his opinion. Their quac was good, and so was their salsa. Cocktails were also very good. The wait staff was amazing, friendly, and eager to assist. They took the Pozle off the bill, and gave us a nice flan for dessert..

Restaurant is definitely not the cleanest, but it’s LES and food is pretty good. Service was OK.

The food was good and fast. Cool eclectic music and vibe with old school posters and better than average guac. Just loud enough to enjoy your family.

some of the best tacos in the city, and they’re so cheap! my favorite has always been the pork, but everything here is delicious. great chips and guacamole, and a surprisingly extensive tequila list with such good prices you’ll forget you’re in new york city. fun dive bar vibes. five stars!

This place is EVERYTHING and more! Randomly came across it last week on a trip to New York while out shopping. Being born and raised in Los Angeles and a true Angeleno, I felt like I was at home from the authenticity, atmosphere and the decor of the bar to the AMAZING staff – I’m looking at you Mary and Rosalia! The food and service was so great that I came back the following night. Mary was once again there and Paul was my bartender that night and he rocked it just as much as the ladies did the previous day. I will definitely be back and can not recommend this place enough.

Nice place for a mid day snack. Aqua Fresca was cold and refreshing. Chips and salsa and the beef tongue taco was delicious! Love the LA themed space, would be cool for a ball game.

I enjoyed this place with my friends and will be back! This is a no frills, taco dive restaurabt with friendly and attentive service. Chips and salsa when you are seated are a great bonus; we enjoyed the guacamole and chips, enchiladas and tacos (pork and beef tongue). Recommended for a quick and tasty, local meal. Enjoy!
