My favorite hole in the wall restaurant in the area! Get the barbacoa, it is legit; which is a rarity in this area. There isn’t much seating, so if you’re going during lunch, there is a chance you’ll be taking it to go. As for the salsas, red is hotter than green.

Awesome little place. We stopped in last night for a bite. Will for sure be back. The flavors are amazing and everything tasted fresh not processed. Just go -carry out or eat in. We had nachos, a taco and a couple burritos at our table. So good !

We went during the end of a lunch rush. There was only one waiter/host so seating took some time, and they were busy. I ordered the two taco plate. Food was okay, and it didn’t say what came on the tacos in the menu, so they were a little bland for my liking. Was my first time here.

Excellent authentic food. We had chicken enchiladas, a wet burrito with al pastor, and chicken tacos. Many Mexican restaurants we eat at on our vacations end up having average, generic food, but this place definitely did not. Everything was delicious.The service was fast and everyone was friendly. Would highly recommend.

I always do a take out but this place is awesome. Reminds me of the truck in Ecorse Michigan and the trucks in south west detroit. It’s not exactly like them but it’s the only place I know of to get authentic mexican food and I love it. A bonus about them is they add radish as a side to put on tacos; haven’t seen that anywhere else.

Literally everytime I am in Traverse City, I make a point to come here. They have a simple menu that they make fantastically; I have yet to find something I don’t find delicious. This location is outside of the main downtown area, but as such, it helps give this place a wonderful hole in the wall feel. If you like Mexican food, you need to come here!
