Whoa.. this place rocks! I visited from Las Vegas and my kids brought me to try out this restaurant that’s their favorite place to eat.. I can see why… Unfortunately I was too busy eating to get more pictures aside from the cow head taco here… So good!!

This place has been on my list to try for a while now… and it was well worth it! It’s a beautiful restaurant with excellent staff and amazing food as well! I got a burrito and it was probably the best one I’ve ever had! I also finally got to try churros, and those alone could keep me coming back for more!

This was a nice spot, if you are not a seafood fan be warned the smell of seafood is very strong when you first enter. It’s not a bad smell at all but you do smell the seafood. The atmosphere was very pleasant, bright lights and the wall desing were very pretty! Customer service was great, they listen to you and explain the different dishes if you don’t speak Spanish. The food I will give a 4 star. It’s authentic Mexican food so don’t get the taste and textures confused with Rodeo bc there is a difference. The spice level on the tamales were amazing!! Give it a try!

My husband loves seafood; I do not. I love Mexican food; my husband does not. Therefore, this restaurant is PERFECT for us! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp dish he ordered, and my sope was delicious. I grew up in a small city along the border, so finding a good Mexican restaurant is always a must when I move to a new area. I was thrilled to see that they carry agua frescas and was impressed by the horchata I ordered. I recently went back and ordered their chilaquiles; I normally do not like red sauce, but it was phenomenal! Do not hesitate to go here!

My husband and I loved this!! We’ve tried every Mexican restaurant in Houston County, and this is by far the most authentic one yet! The server was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Will study the menu for when we go back next time!

By far the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. The service was absolutely horrible. The waitress came by all of one time. We were seated so close to another table that you would have believed we all came together. When we asked to move to an open booth, not one staff member even attempted to help us with the table we had full of food, although (4) different employees came to ask us about wanting to move. We even asked for assistance, and still, no one helped. It got to the point that we ended up abandoning what we couldn’t carry. The food itself looked delicious but lacked flavor. I will say, my drink was delicious, so if you do dare come, I will at least say try the Pina Colado.

Overall food taste was good! We had never been before, Mary was not the best at recommending food or what we should try. We did not like the refried beans, and tried both sides that were ordered. We ordered a to-go order and asked if we could change to double rice, before it came to the table. A bit later, Mary brought it with rice and beans. I asked to speak to the manager! He came over a while later, only to tell that no one has ever not liked the beans. The 3 of us did not care for them, he continued to tell us we were wrong, because the beans are more authentic!!! He did reluctantly switch it to double rice. I am not sure we will be back! I eat a lot of places and have never been made to feel bad for not liking a side dish…

My wife wanted to go here with the family for her birthday. It was an excellent choice! The food and service were outstanding! The margueritas especial were definitely made with Cuervo. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely return. Please note this is not typical Tex-Mex. This the real Mexican food you would find in a good restaurant in Mexico near the Gulf, at least as far as the maricos (seafood) side of the menu. Been there in my many travels. Going to try the taqueria side next time.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in town. If you like seafood and Mexican food, this is the place!! Large portions and the flavors are excellent. It’s authentic (very much what we experienced in Mexico) which is what we really want in Mexican cuisine. Friendly staff! Clean! Great vibe! They serve beer, margaritas and other drink options.

I stopped in for lunch with some coworkers and found myself a new lunch restaurant. When we came in, the staff was very friendly and attentive.
