First and Foremost the customer service is outstanding. They care about their customers and the products that they provide for their customers. The food is outstanding I book him for a private event and he showed up and showed out with the food I ordered Steak tacos, Chicken fajitas and they was so good my guests couldn’t stop talking about them. I was a guest of a family member who happened to have Taquiza Diaz there. It was so good! They have the tortillas, meat and condiments there ready to go for you. It’s a self serve type of service. They cook the meat right in front of you (of course weather permitting I assume) and it’s all authentic. The pricing I hear is affordable and reasonable! I believe they also include rice and beans. Hire Taquiza Diaz at your next event, you won’t regret it!

Ok let me start off by saying how thoughtful this family is! They really have passion and love for what they do and it shows through their food! I tried both their tacos de carne asada and al pastor, I never really like tacos de al pastor but… I heard if i tried them they would change my mind about tacos de al pastor and it was true!! Honestly the best i’ve had everrr! Give them a try! you wont be disappointed:)

We can’t say enough about our experience with Chef Diaz and his wife Hayde! The food was delicious and the experience was awesome! We fed over 40 teenagers and they’re still talking about it days later. We will be recommending them to anyone who has an event coming up.

Eric made chorizo tacos for my sons graduation party. Included everything needed, hot salsa (for me) which was actually hot and mild for everyone else. My son probably ate 8 tacos that day. My daughter loved all of the cilantro, onions and limes. She didn’t eat chorizo before but is now a huge fan. The tacos were the first thing that everyone tried and went back for 2nds and 3rds.
