Moved from San Francisco to Antioch, CA in 2020. We could not find an authentic taqueria out in the Antioch area until we found Taquiza Limon! They are the best ever, we have tried everything on the menu. The staff is friendly and very helpful with suggestions on trying new items. Very clean restaurant when dining in and quick with delivering if buying through an app.

Great family friendly restaurant. Not a huge place, it has 4 tables inside and patio tables outside. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table! A wide variety of choices for plates and burritos.

Used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant, until today. Discovered the horchata I was drinking from had an entire insect in it. Instantly became sick and threw up, and couldn’t finish the rest of my food. Who knows what else is hidden and crawling through everything else?! Never buying from Taquiza Limon again.

I would give them a different rating but I have had two experiences that the owners son has overcharged me. When I questioned him he threw a tantrum like a ten year old. Apparently, he feels that he can charge what he feels whether the menu lists a different price or not. I have also waited for an additional 25 minutes past the time they said it would be ready on more than one occasion. Needless to say better management and respect for their customers would help.

I was just in the restaurant to pick up an order. The waitress seated some guests. She got them salsa and chips with her bare hands that were not washed beforehand then asked to see their proof of vaccination. She had just been bagging food and handing out delivery orders. Way to keep the community safe. I will not be eating here. Its amazing what you see being a doordash driver!

The food is well prepared, but bland. I ordered a 3 crispy taco plate w/ carne asada, carnitas, and pastor. Everything including the rice was a bit bland and could use more flavor. We also order a soft taco plate w/ barbacoa, pastor, carnitas, and a super burrito carnitas. Same deal w/ all of them. Prepared well, but lacked flavor.
