I first met Tariq when he worked on the Rafiqi’s cart by B&N, he was always a great dude. It was great to see him get his own spot, his setup on Park Avenue is always brilliant. Do not sleep on the Kahti Rolls, great food, great prices, and a great guy. Literally coming here for like 10 years or so.

I’ve been coming to Tariq’s for more than 6 years now. They are an absolute gem in the neighborhood. Hands down the best Kati Rolls in Manhattan. Their rice platters are on a whole other level than street meat. If I’m craving Kati rolls or halal platters, there’s no other truck I’m going to. Without question the best food truck downtown.
