Top notch food served by friendly, efficient waitstaff in a venue sorely needing some tender, loving care. Pizza uses authentic ingredients — not imitation cheese nor sauces. No credit/debit cards… only cash or check! There is wi-fi but the password was posted nowhere seen during this review. Bathroom cramped but well-provisioned. Al fresco section for use in season. Parking street side or in Railroad Plaza across the street.

High quality, fresh ingredients go into these pizzas, priced affordably. Small area for dine-in, but also offering call-ahead pick-ups during the ‘Rona. In season there is an al fresco porch next to the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. Passworded wi-fi. Clean bathroom and friendly staff. Parking streetside or in Railway Plaza. Refreshments in the way of canned sodas, and hot beverages like coffee and tea.

We needed to take shelter during after we received a tornado warning. We ran into Taro’s. They welcomed us with open arms (not literally, covid), even knowing we didn’t plan on buying anything. We ended up buying a couple slices and drinks. One of our kids (6yo) said it was the best pizza he’s ever had. It looked legit.

They dont take credit cards, you have to be kidding me in 2022… We went home hungry. who doesnt take credit cards/debit cards as a legit place to eat. I was told he thought everyone knew that… maybe the owner should be called Patsy/Pansy DelconTaro…. not peter… sounds like they’re trying to hide the income with only checks and cash welcome..
