Had a wonderful date night dinner with my honey at the Tarpon Turtle. Service was outstanding and the food was incredible. I had the blackened grouper and my husband got Hemingway’s chicken. Both dishes were outstanding! We also had a drink: Papas Rum Runner and it was strong and delicious. I would recommend and I will come back. I can’t imagine being disappointed. Next time I will set outside as the have live music.

This place has a great view of lake Tarpon and a great atmosphere. There is outdoor seating with a tiki bar and they had live music when I was there. It was very relaxing eating dinner right on Lake Tarpon. The service was great and so was the food. I highly recommend the Tarpon Turtle for a nice evening out.

First time here. Our server, now I can’t remember her name, was awesome, friendly, and attentive. He name was on her pen but can’t remember it. I had the fish and chips. Delicious! My friend had the wings. They were good. I wanted to sit outside despite the heat but opted for inside since the view was just “ok”.

We visited a nearby friend and celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary over a long weekend. Tarpon Turtle Grill was wonderful! Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, and the atmosphere was perfect. The alligator bites hush puppies were rather bland, but we did get a sense of what alligator tastes like rather than it being covered up with spices. Highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner, especially if you enjoy eating right next to a lake or river.

The food was OK. Lots of BONES in walleye,ok flavor. Beans are not good, no flavor. Sautéed spinach was perfect, amazing! Pinacoladas were not very good but the glass and presentation was nice. Very fun atmosphere, the service was excellent.
