Lucky us, visiting from out of town and on our way to pick up flowers for a wedding, we stopped in for a last minute breakfast. The menu has such a great variety of old favorites and appealing new options that it was hard to choose. I went with the “Denver” crepe which was fantastic and my husband enjoyed the standard eggs Benedict which was served with potatoes and fruit. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous enough thatwe barely had room for the cinnamon roll we saved for last.

The food at taste local is so fresh and tasty. They have been super accommodating to my vegan diet by offering suggestions to customize meals & making recommendations. I’ve had their vegan Sammie, tofu scramble & most recently tried their delicious savory vegan crepe. I love to get their breakfast potatoes as a side, love their fresh juice too. Service is good & so is the atmosphere. I appreciate them having wifi for customers as I often have to work over breakfast or lunch.

Our first experience here and I’m telling others it’s worth your time to visit. Really enjoyed the decor. Always something homey that caught my eye. Love the artwork. I want to try many more items on their menu. My eggs benedict were wonderful, especially the roasted veggies and herbed cream cheese. Only downside is seating can be a bit cozy, and acoustics aren’t good, but I’d still go back. I see others agree with me, as there was a good amount of customers coming in while we dined.

We had a nice breakfast here on a weekday morning. There was no wait, and food arrived quickly. The biscuits and gravy were great! The place itself wasn’t full, but our table was in a high traffic area, and I kept almost bumping into the folks behind us. I would recommend they turn down their phone ringers a bit too, because it was very very loud when they got calls. Overall though, good experience, would return.
