so yummy!! i ordered a plate of stewed chicken and they were actually out today, so instead i got jerk chicken! i am so very pleased! the jerk chicken is some of the most spicy i’ve ever had which i LOVE! i had also never had mac and cheese flavored in this exact way, and now i am absolutely addicted! i really hope to come back this week and get some stewed chicken, im sure it’s wonderful as well!!

The place is rustic BUT the food is Authentic Jamaican and a hit with our group. Bring your apetite the portions are goos and you’re going to want a 2nd order or jerk or ox tail to go!

What a nice surprise! Had the jerk chicken, and it was so flavorful! Sides were great, too, especially the collards. Tried my friend’s curry chicken, and that was also delicious. Fast and friendly service.

Collards were not seasoned well at all, mac n cheese was not fresh. Brown stew chicken was good with rice but wish the food was hotter.

Charged price for large and given a medium box, given 3 plantains for $2.50 borders on highway robbery. Understand ingredients might be limited but it’s SC not Alaska. Especially since it was not a luxury restaurant or experience. Told it would just be a minute but waited close to 15. I do not believe the food was made by a Jamaican or Carribean person, very bland, no flavor or heat, like to support black owned businesses but disappointing experience.

I love their oxtails. I always get them with collard greens and cabbage. I wish the cabbage was a little more tender but it was still good. Their rainbow red velvet cakes are going to get me in some trouble. They could be a little more moist but they were okay I guess. The ladies here were very helpful and punctual with my order. I will be returning for more in the future. I would say it is an authentic taste of the Caribbean but it is very close.

This place was amazing. The food was like a huge hug. We ordered the oxtail, plantains, jerk chicken, pea rice, green beans, cabbage and red bean soup. It was all absolutely delicious. Both our boys loved it too. We stopped while driving through and looked up a place to eat and found this little gem. Highly recommend.

Please do not waste your money. The rice was hard, dry, and chunky. The potatoes were undercooked and hard as well. I paid for a large curry chicken plate with three chicken legs(the cheapest piece of chicken) that was not *flavorful at all. This picture was taken after I poured three ramekins of sauces on my food. Maybe this was a terrible day here at the restaurant

This food is fantastic. I feel bad for the people who pass this place up! Delicious flavors melt in your mouth tender meats, good level of spiciness. The plantains and Mac n cheese is to die for!!! I highly recommend!
