The food is great!!!!!! One of my long-time favorites. The building needs a lot of work, and it’s kind of off putting. I do recommend the place, just don’t look around too much. The kung pow chicken is great and I love their egg rolls. I recommend you call ahead and order

Food was dry and didn’t taste good at all, considering how much it cost. We ordered Happy family, crab Rangoon and sweet and sour chicken. Teriyaki chicken was good.

Nice place to pick up some chinese takeout. The food was pretty good and they gave plenty of sweet and sour sauce.

A great spot for a quick lunch and easily of the best take outs in town. Inside has a small seating area that is adequate for a quick eat. The lunch special is a great deal and enough food for lunch and left overs.

Taste of China is the unchanging staple of the westside. Walmart moves, ToC stays. Radio Shack dies, ToC lives. The weird old clothing retailer, now halloween store pop-up that may or may not be open next spooky season is but the change of the wind on the ancient oak tree that is ToC. The chair’s fabric has yet to be updated since the early 90s. Their good fortune calendar has been stuck on the date 08/26/2003. It’s a magical place where only the customers change – not the workers, not the aesthetics, not the food.

When we lived in Posey Co. Over 24 years ago, Taste of China was our favorite place for excellent, clean, healthy cooking. We had a road trip yesterday and drove by the complex to see if they were still opened. They were and we got take out for home. Still absolutely delicious food and my husband went in to order for us in the van. He said very neat and clean. Thank you for taking care of us. You folks are worth the drive.

Moved to the area a couple years ago and just moved to the west side and I have tried many similar restaurants and for me this is my favorite. Even getting delivery was a great experience. Food is fresh and tasty! Wasn’t a fan of the noodles used in the lomein, but my bf loved it(I’m picky w/ some things).
