This is definitely our favorite restaurant in Chinatown. The food is always great, so as the service. Price is a little bit on a expensive side, but they use really good material for cooking, totally worthy it. My daughter doesn’t eat any rice except from this restaurant. Don’t forget to ask Today’s special, you will have a chance to try something really awesome off the menu. We tried almost everything here, love them all.

What a hidden gem! Everything was so fresh and filling and the server was very attentive! Given the supply chain issues/inflation happening in the US right now, the prices and portions were amazing! The ambiance is great too. I highly recommend! The menu isn’t too big so it’s not overwhelming either.

The food here is wayyyy more expensive than other similar restaurants, especially when you order a takeout. A grandma’s braised pork costs $22 and there are only 13 small pieces of meat (Yes I counted). I do not recommend this place, and don’t understand those who gave good reviews. Based on my experience, I seriously doubt the legitimacy of the good reviews on this website, which are probably fake. Their overall rating is above 4, but if you look at the reviews, the good ones are lack of details and most of these just say “good service, excellent food” etc. This tells me that these reviews are probably fake. Seriously, don’t go there, or you will regret.

Most the dishes I had here were great, except Xiang You Hu Shan (the fresh eel dish). I could hardly find any fresh water eel (HuangShan) from it. I understand the HuangShan could be very hard to get and expensive here in the U.S., but given the high price of this dish, I at least need to be able to use my chopsticks to grab a decent amount of HuangShan instead of only veggies coated with flour and soy sauce. This dish is way off from what I had back in China.
