My family visited on a Wednesday evening, and we basically had the place to ourselves. The decor is bright, colorful, and charming. The service was great, the food was prepared and delivered quickly, and the entire meal was amazing. We tried the empanadas, tamales, and papas rellenas for starters. For entrées we had the Cuban with fried plantains and the media noche with fries and black beans and rice. For dessert, we ordered churros and tres leches (both chocolate and vanilla). We were so stuffed, the tres leches cakes were prepared to go. We ate the churros at the restaurant. This was a great experience for us. We will definitely return often.

Had a wonderful celebratory meal here today! It was absolutely perfect! Everyone that works here is so friendly and caring and well the food is out of this world amazing! Everything we had is made fresh – salads, plantains with sauce, sandwiches, empanadas, etc which we topped off with a dessert of the best cake (red velvet) you will ever taste! Such a fun atmosphere, too. We had a great meal and a great time!

Loved it! We visit Lenoir once a year and we’ll definitely return here. The tostones were so good, the beans and rice were fantastic, and my chicken was too. The desserts were a must have too. I love Cuban food and this is the first place I’ve been to in some time that really reminded me of the food I miss in Cuba.

We were very excited to find good cuban food, but disappointed. Great atmosphere and decor, very good service. We got ham croquettes, fried yuca, boiled yuca w/ garlic, vaca frita ,masas de puerco. The yuca ..(A+) The croquettes over- cooked, vaca frita- overcooked and dry, and when I ordered the fried pork chunks, I asked if they were tender……well they were also tough and overcooked. I’m sorry … it didn’t pass my expectations and will not be returning. 🙁

Some of the best Cuban food I’ve had yet! We got the Croquetas De Jamon, the cheese Empanada and the Media Noche sandwhich with Yuca fries. Finished the meal by ordering a Chocolate Tres Leches Cake to go because we were so full. We had full intentions of taking it to go… however it barely made it to the car because it was just so good! The service was absolutely fantastic and the prices were fair. Highly recommended!

Incredible food. Coming from Florida, this was a great experience. The chocolate tres leches is to die for. Homemade flan! A guy could get real fat real quick here. Can’t wait to go back and indulge again soon. Thank you to the staff and management/owners for a great experience!

We were seated immediately. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The food was authentic and delicious. The owner likes to make rounds in the dining room to greet her customers. The decor and music enhances the experience. We return there frequently.

First place in over a decade I started eating my way through the menu. Went once to check it out, and went back twice the same week. The owner has incomparable vision and tries to meet every patron.
