There was nothing at all impressive about this place. However, I have not had decent food in Clinton — well, ever. In fact, how often do you hear people say, “Oh! Let’s go to ABCD in Clinton!”? My favorite Indian restaurant is in Smyrna, but this was convenient to my mom’s place.

We eat at Taste of India whenever we are in town. My son introduced me to it. The chicken curry is awesome. He likes chicken tikka masala. Very clean. Great service. Good experience. We will return next time we are in town.

I ran here on my lunch break thinking it was a buffet. The front door was locked but I was able to go in through the grocery store next door. I waited a bit before another human being entered the room. It seemed one lady was running the whole show. This let customers having to wait a bit.

Very good food, I love the Indian market next to it! They have authentic Indian foods for sale at a decent price. When I was there they had the best prices on dried figs that I could find! I think the store next to the restaurant is owned by the same people, so support your local businesses!

Food is kinda hit or miss. The first time we went there we really liked the food but not the second time around. The service is on the slower side and the atmosphere is a bit dull. The building is old and had a leakage just over our seat.

Very delicious Indian food stopped here on our way back to California. The food and service did not disappoint. the mango lassi was on point along with the butter chicken and saag paneer the garlic naan was very delicious. They also have a store next door with Inidan candy which is my favorite kind of candy and is so hard to find where I live so I was very excited about that and to bring some home with me.

Stopped in my first time today, and LOVED it! The lunch platter is a lot of food at a great price; but more importantly it is great food. I lived for four years in Osaka, Japan, and frequently ate at authentic Indian cafes; Taste of India is the same great food (with larger portions and lower prices)! You need to give it a try!
