This place was opened some months ago and we wanted to try out their special. They have a fine selection of subs and a few varieties of philly cheese steak. I ordered the green chilli cheese steak. It was okay I would say, about average. The place is not crowded because it was a Saturday afternoon. The staff was nice and helpful and they were quick to prepare the food.

Much nicer interior than the Loveland location I’m used to. “My sandwich” at Taste Of Philly is The Works with Frank’s Hot Sauce on it. Well, my sandwich came and I asked if they happened to have any Frank’s, and the guy answered affirmatively and said he would bring me some. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to start eating. It’s a good thing I did, ‘cuz the Frank’s never came. This was a perfect example of why I am against tipping before anything has happened, which this restaurant asks you to do. Tipping is supposed to be a way of saying thanks for good service.

First off, Kevin and the staff at this location were superb. They went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcome in our first visit, including sending us home with complimentary cannoli’s. Owner Ryan has a winning staff and we will back on the strength of their presence alone.

Almost perfect but the bun wasn’t quite like Pat’s in Philly. Of course I would like more cheese. It’s been decades ago but at Pat’s they had squeeze bottles of cheese for the customers. The employee was very nice.

Went in today and ordered the Original without onions, got a random sandwich with not only onions but peppers to boot. The original doesn’t even come with peppers. Meat was covered in some sort of sweet tomato sauce that tasted rank as hell and ruined the flavor of the meat. Even the fries were bone cold. Food was wildly mediocre and 0 care went into the preparation or our service. Floor and tables were grimy as hell. Definitely won’t be returning

As a person who is picky and eats the same thing every day, Taste of Philly was a risk for me and I’m very glad I took it. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, I was greeted with a hello and how are you by a kind man with stretched ears. He had a smile and had excellent energy. I took my order home, and surprisingly after a 20 minute drive, my sandwich was still hot. I only got an 8” buffalo chicken for $13, but it was loaded and worth every dollar. Incredibly filling and for the price I paid, I got a lot of food. Best of all, it was incredibly delicious! I am very happy with my meal and I look forward to returning in the future!

We recently moved to the Palisades Park neighborhood and was looking for some new delivery options. Taste of Philly was great. DoorDash did deliver our food to the wrong house but once we found it, it was delicious. We will definitely order from the North Thornton store again!
