Beware. They are super rude and have no manners. I’m nauseous and pregnant and came to sit here with my 5 kids. My 2 year old son was running around and had pushed their swinging kitchen door open. The ladies in the back were very rudely and loudly talking about me. I was watching my son the entire time. He did not enter their kitchen. I’m trying to enjoy one meal with my kids. Every single piece of food came out burnt and it’s ridiculous. Extremely over priced for mediocre burnt food. Could’ve made better at home. Also the grilled cheese is most definitely not on sourdough.

Sunday Night Football comfort food! Nothing like a steaming hot Philly Cheesesteak with a side of crispy onion rings. These hit the spot. I had The Works Cheese Steak with mushrooms, onion and green bell pepper and my wife had the mushroom steak. Great flavors and the rolls were delicious and chewy. many people would say that it’s the bread that makes the sandwich. I do not disagree. These sandwiches were absolutely loaded with meat. Very satisfying. The place was very busy but they knocked out our order in no time.

Meatball parm wasn’t bad, and it wasn’t great. Larger and more meat than I was expecting for the affordable price, but if the bread had been toasted and the cheese melted I could easily give it 5 stars. I’m sure I’ll go back and try some of their other sandwiches.

Called in order ahead if time, got there on time, paid for food and they told me it would be ready shortly. I sat down to wait. It was not busy. “Workers” are standing around talking. There was an order that was ready when I walked in. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if it was mine. It was. The cashier never even checked. She was also told about soda that someone spilled all over the floor. Again, not busy helping customers but too busy talking to clean that up too. And of course since I didn’t get my food until 30 min after I ordered, it was cold and fries were soggy. Pathetic!

Enjoyed our sandwiches till service told off customer. Horribly customer service with staff on 8-17-23 late afternoon. If I was a manager would of fired on the spot. She even told the customer if he didn’t like to make his food at home. Wow.

Hit or miss here. I’ve had some awesome sandwiches and some not so much. My club last time was amazing. Today the meatball sub had cold meatballs… cheese wasn’t melted… just overall sad meatball sub.

Cashier was the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. Does she not realize that the wall doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling? Don’t talk about how much you hate your customers and how they disturb your nap…. just a wow experience. Fort Collins location is on point, I’d highly recommend driving the 20 mins and enjoy your sandwich there.
