We walked in and were asked if we were dining in or taking out. We stated dine-in and after three girls deliberated, they decided there would be no more dining in..with only half the dining room seated AT 5:30 PM? It almost seemed racial as we are an interracial couple. We will not be coming back!

Tables are very close together. I could not understand how you’re a soul food place and your string beans are not seasoned, chicken was over fried, and the sweet potatoes were beyond sweet. The best thing was the corn bread. O yeah, they ran out of potatoe salad. We had an hour wait w/reservations.

Friendliness A+ but the food tastes old and the meat was very dry. Anything that was fried fresh like the fish and fries were great. I found an eyelash hair on the crab cakes and thought nothing of it because it could have been mine but now I see the stale cakes had lint on it and mold as well. I spent $70.00 on food and $33.00 on the cakes. My family and I travel to eat at different places for fun and I’m sorry but this one was hyped up and turned out to be a big FAIL. The two stars are for staff and decor.
