We stayed in the poconos for three days, and we came here twice! It was that good! We got the chebureki, ground beef blintz, homemade peldemi, potato and cheddar pierogies and Asian dumplings. All were absolutely delicious and can’t wait to come back next time we are in the poconos

This place was amazing! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try delicious Ukrainian or Georgian food. We were a party of 7, including 2 young kids, and everyone enjoyed their meals. (One person was vegan and there were plenty of vegan dishes.) We loved the beet salad, salad Odessa, chicken skewer (great for kids), chabureki, and khatchapuri. We were too full for dessert but they had lots of options that sounded good. If we come back to the Poconos, I definitely want to come back to this restaurant. Also, there is a playground across from the restaurant – perfect for the kids.

Nice find on the way to the poconos. They had beef stew special that night so we gave it a try, it was tasty. The skewers were great, wish they had more variety since I only eat meat. Wife liked the salad, kids liked the pilaf and the fruit compote drink. It was a nice cozy meal. The owners were very warm and welcoming.

We were so pleasantly surprised and then impressed by this amazing restaurant! The menu contains food from various post-Soviet countries. So it’s fun to pick and choose the country you want to travel to with your taste buds. We’ve tried quite a few things on the menu, including borscht, manty (big dumplings with lamb), blintnzi, pilaf, and of curse a delicious dessert cake Napoleon. Every single dish was really delicious and cooked to perfection!

This place feels like a home away from home. The owner and staff are very welcoming and generous. The food is fresh and outstanding. The kebabs are so moist and delicious and the stuffed cabbage was spot on. I think it is the best restaurant in the Poconos.

You’ve heard the saying “a hidden gem”, this place is exactly that! Our second trip and and the good does not disappoint! Everything is freshly made and delicious! Had the chicken soup today and it was outstanding! The pickled platter is a great appetizer!

If you’re looking for decent food in Stroudsburg, there are a few good choices, but if you’re looking for a restaurant that has the freshest, best prepared food made with love and care, there’s only one. Susan’s grill is run by Susan herself, who is always watching and asking questions to make sure you’re having the best experience you can hope for. She is so proud of her country’s cuisine (and rightly so) that she randomly brought samples of food we didn’t even order, just so we could taste something she made fresh today from her garden. I was completely amazed by the way we were treated. We felt like family. And did I mention the food is delicious and fresh? You must try it!!!

What a great experience! Taste of Susan’s was amazing. To have ethnic food in Pennsylvania that’s not Chinese, Italian, or Indian. Food was tasty, staff was incredible. Eric and Susan are the best. Every customer was taken care of like family would be. I can’t recommend a specific item because everything was delicious. Lagman (soup), and the shish kabob is out of this world. You must take home their homemade pickled veggies!
