If I could give it 0 stars I would. This was my first and last time. I was happy to see a new place and when I entered I was excited to see African American ownership but that quickly dissipated as I saw the food. It taste just like it looks. All the disgusting bake beans was in the bottom of the bag, the chicken is dryer than Arizona in July and the burnt mac and cheese taste like it was made with new focus hope cheese that doesn’t melt. I’m not a fan of wasting food but it went directly to the garbage. $14 down the drain. I’m glad I didn’t spend $26 for 1 bone of beef rib. The container looks like a back yard barbecue from your Auntie house. The inside needs some sprucing up. I still can’t understand why the 2 slices of white bread? The only good thing about this place is the staff were pleasant.

My family loves this place. My wife gets the nachos with grilled chicken, our youngest the salmon plate and I always get the brisket plate. There is only one other place that has brisket this good.

This had to be the most driest bland disgusting food I’ve ever purchased. I was really hoping for greatness but i was totally disappointed. The food was absolutely horrible. I read the reviews before I went but anyone that gave this place anything higher than 1star has to be friends and family. Not to mention expensive. E beef rib bones for $36. The only thing good about the place is the parking is great and the staff were mice.

I absolutely recommend going here if you want good food & good service. Warning: the portions are amazing & you might get a craving to come back often. The chef/owner came out to chat with us & he was such a Vibrant Happy Soul. I’m impressed & happy he was able to start this business while we see businesses closing left & right. I can’t wait to go back again & try something else on the menu.

My first time there. I ordered a full plate order of pork ribs, that comes with two sides. So I got fries and coleslaw, the non spicy kind. I was glad to hear they don’t put sauce on their ribs. I like mine naked(no BBQ sauce). They did provide me with three different kinds of BBQ sauce, though. The ribs were very good as was the fries and slaw. There were enough ribs that I can make a meal of those tomorrow. Will definitely be going back.

First time eating here and I am sooo glad we stopped in.the food was amazing. I had the chicken drumsticks. The minute I touched them the meat fell off the bone. They were cooked to perfection. Delicious !!! The servers went out of their way to work with us on our dietary needs and offered helpful suggestions for a vegan and gluten free/dairy free diet. Service with a smile and a cheerful attitude. I was sooo happy. We will definitely be coming back again. Can’t wait!!!

I wanted to try this place and finally did. Food was absolutely disgusting a waste of money. No flavor , chicken was not cooked properly still pink , greens beans with carrots tasteless..keep the white bread. Best thing was the coleslaw and Barbecue Sauce. Also why cornbread only on Sunday and No desserts? Please hire better cooks and offer fresh food for the Price.

If you are looking for delicious GRILLED BBQ go somewhere else! The food was NOT good. The Mac&Cheese was penne pasta and cheese. The green beans had zero flavor & tasted old. The chicken was dry also zero flavor. The brisket although tender had zero flavor and was full of fat. I won’t be going back.

The food was really good and the people who work there are really nice. This is not a restaurant where you are served by a waiter. You go in and order at the counter, then you either take it home or you can eat it in the dining area. We loved that they had a kids rib plate. The brisket and nachos were also really yummy.
