HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, staff is rude and disrespectful to customers in Spanish or english. Bad attitude when all we wanted was to pick up our PAID food, just because they don’t understand how pick up works. DONT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

Will not be ordering from there again. My friends that are monolingual English speaking, but speak a little Spanish tried to order over the phone and repeatedly got hung up on because the person did not speak english. Then when they went to pick it up (because I had to call and place it for them) and tried speaking to her in Spanish she laughed in there face. So rude and if it was the other way around (Spanish speaking customer and monolingual english speaking employee) this would be UNACCEPTABLE. Do better. Also, before anyone says they should just order online, prices are higher and they didn’t want to spend that much and this should not be a problem in the first place.
