This place was good, not right now though! The brisket I had was dry too lean and the flavor was flat! It is not smoked, it contains no smoke rings. If you have “bbq”in the title of your name your place needs to reflect what your serving. You can’t keep serving dry beed brisket and be successful.

Recently got a takeout of the meat combo special with pulled pork, bbq brisket, and pulled chicken for lunch. Everything on the plate was a tad bland, and without the dipping sauces on the side, it would’ve been difficult. The meats were still tender, but except for the brisket, they lacked umami flavor. The bottom of the plate was also filled with greasy water, and overall, it wasn’t the best bbq experience I had.

Everything would be fine if the staff were aware of not using the phone and not having loose hair. It’s a lot. It was very spoiled and too unpleasant. My wife likes the food here but she took a decision.

Dont worry, i had this about 10x so you dont have to. The bbq chicken is so watery it becomes a question of if its boiled chicken with some bbq thrown on it or they have a creative way of making pulled chicken. I’ve never had a colleague say anything nice about anything off their menu.

Not too bad. Wasn’t the best brisket I’ve ever had. Wasn’t the worst. 6/10 for tender, 7/10 for clean to fatty ratio, 5/10 for smokiness to “dirty burnt oven” flavor. BBQ sauce on the side was OK. Employees weren’t overly enthusiastic as this seems to be a busy food court mall in the heart of the tourist traffic of Boston. Would probably come back next time I need a quick $10 sandwich.

First time ordering from here. On Uber eats, the name is “Farmer’s Chicken”. Was pretty good. The fries were a little dry and burnt. Looks like I got the scraps. Chicken was good. A thigh might’ve been a little undercooked but overall it was a great price and good. I wish they put a little more hot sauce for me. I enjoyed the green hot sauce. I ordered the 4 piece with fries.

Shredded chicken with fries and coleslaw. Food was almost completely cold – very worrying if chicken is not being stored at the correct temperature. Fries were cold , dry, and shrivelled up like they had been cooked long before they were served. Not enough sauce for the chicken. A complete disappointment. Dumped half of it in the trash. Felt like I wasted my money.
