The food was great, however the atmosphere was below average and the restaurant was poorly decorated

For me the food is not great. The rice was old. I don’t think their food is fresh. I won’t be coming here again.

The service started out really bad. The food was “okay”. It looked good, the flavors were a little bland.

Been going there for several months after trying and liking the food. Haven’t liked the incense and shrine just inside the door, but hey they are symbols of their faith. Food is very fresh and tasty. Had to write this review after yesterday’s experience. While eating I saw a very large roach walking across the dining room floor. I will now have a hard time going back there.

Food was good, no complaints there. Service was odd though… I’ve never had a server tell me I should change my order because of one of the ingredients. I’m guessing because I’m a white male ordering pho with beef stripe that may seem a bit odd, but I ordered what I ordered, telling me to order something else because you think I won’t like it is off-putting.

My family and I were treated terribly here. I can explain it as nothing but racism. The good quality was poor. It was an unpleasant experience. After a hard days work I don’t want to go eat out and have my child and I treated rudely for absolutely no reason. Will never eat at this dump again.

There is a large menu consisting of a mixture of Cantonese and Vietnamese dishes (like many so called “Chinese” restaurants in the Metroplex). The crab noodle soup had nothing to do with China as far as I could tell but it was delicious nonetheless. The broth was rich and flavorful. The large round rice noodles were chewy and perfectly cooked. Large chunks of crab and deep fried fish balls floated in the broth. The bowl was garnished with fried onion and fresh cilantro.

Tasty China has been around for a long time and is one of the only places I know where I can get a Chinese meal served in the traditional ” Family Style “instead of just a plate. The service can be slow and prices are a bit high, but the food is acceptable to excellent depending on dish. Don’t order the tofu.. It’s a bit weird unless you like the style they serve. I still try to eat there from time to time.

Fresh cooked food, fast service. Nice people. Big portions. Didn’t have to wait to order which was good. I will likely continue to eat here every now and then. Food is as expected for your typical Chinese food restaurant. Worth a try.
