If you’re ever in Portland and craving Chinese cuisine, give Tasty Corner Chinese Restaurant a try. It’s an absolutely phenomenal restaurant! My husband and I went for the first time for lunch today, and we were quite impressed. Their orange chicken was some of the best I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. I added broccoli and ordered a side of chicken fried rice. The fried rice was tasty and cooked perfectly — and fresh! My husband ordered their crispy noodles with beef. What an interesting dish, I have to say! Delicious! Don’t sleep on their hot and sour soup or pot stickers, either. Everything was so flavorful, service was excellent, and we have plenty of leftovers! (Four star atmosphere, because they were playing a full playlist of Taylor Swift’s early work and it made me cry.)

Very good experience and tasty/spicy Chinese food! Will definitely come back to try other options on the menu! Got the dumplings , Mandarin chicken , salty pepper fish (wish had more flavor/seasoning), hand shaven noodles which are pretty spicy, and the Crab puffs

Best Chinese food since I lived in Taiwan. Absolutely awesome! The hot garlic wonton soup is one of the best soups I’ve had in my life, and the General Tso’s prawn is ASTOUNDING, seriously. Food came really quickly. Excellent service, too.

Had to start the year off right with some good Chinese food. They have an extensive menu with lots of what you would normally see and then some more authentic dishes that you don’t expect to see. They also have a great lunch special. Some of the standout dishes for me were the Hot & Spicy Dried Pot with Pork Spareribs, Szechuan Beef Brisket with Bamboo shoot stew hot pot, and their hand shaved noodle dish. The noodles were extremely flavorful and caught me off guard. Overall, it is a great place to go with friends.

Cold bean jelly and beef noodle Szechuan. I was craving it today. It was between this and duck house and duck house seemed to be double the price for what they offer here. However, the waiters seemed annoyed when I asked about my food allergies and if they had it in these dishes. They also didn’t bring my water fast enough when it’s obvious I’m eating spicy food but it’s still great tasting food.

Cummin Lamb and Xiao Long Bao were delicious. The Chilly Wong tong dough was thick and not tender at all but I plan to try some other dishes next time. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
