Food was good server was nice BUT adding a 20% service charge on my check automatically didn’t seem fair. We didn’t ask the reason because food was good however it didn’t leave me a positive feeling about adding service charge without my consent. I thought they would think we were tourists or was it because we had a party 7 and decided to add charge? If they hadn’t done so, we would leave more. But adding 20% automatically on our check wasn’t a good practice.

Placed orders at the restaurant for two items. Udon beef stir fried and a peanut butter French toast. I was told will take 15-20 mins. Half hour later, food was not ready. The udon tasted great, but the other order gotten wrong. Got a peanut butter pancake instead. Didn’t like that one.

I visited this restaurant twice, and I must say that I had a terrible experience. The food was extremely disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth – literally. I could tell from the first bite that the food was not fresh at all. It seemed like the ingredients had been frozen or were processed and reheated.

I would give zero if I can. the service is horrible, after order the food, the waiter disappeared; after a hour we asked, they forgot to cook the rest of the dishes. So one meal was separated into 2 parts. when the second half come, we no longer feel hungry.

Wow this place is so good . The menu is huge. It’s basically a book with photos and everything. It’s great. Very through. Haha so many choices. Love it. And there’s cheaper prices for lunch. That’s amazing. The honey and walnut shrimp is honestly to die for. Holy moly. Wow. I just can’t even. Everything we ordered was just fantastic. The French coffee ☕️was great. Everything was great. First time here & don’t think we’ll ever be back…Food was alright, we found a piece of plastic in our lamb hot pot dish and a shrimp looking stick piece inside… ? How does this happen? Common, the kitchen staff needs to be more careful…The staff gave us half price for the lamb hot pot dish. Thanks, but it won’t change my first impression. They have a cool looking robot that brings the take-out food to the front. Their restroom was not clean…And is not baby friendly (in case you need a change station). Their cabbage soup (上汤娃娃菜) was good as well as their crispy tofu & enoki mushroom dish were tasty. Chinese food wasn’t as authentic as what you would find in San Gabriel Valley.
